In the Continental
U.S.: If the
item is a completed piece, it will be shipped
within 2 days. However, please order early for the holidays. We
ship via USPS Priority Mail with Proof of Delivery, which
normally takes 2 to 3 working days after we ship.
International including Canada and Puerto Rico: We ship
internationally using US Postal Service. There is a 10%
surcharge on the actual charge for shipping internationally.
Please note that duty and other import fees applied by your
country are not included in the shipping charges.
When is my order processed?
All in-stock orders are processed on the same day received. All
prices are listed in US Dollars and payment must be received in
US Dollars.
How will I know if you've received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Please make
sure your e-mail address is correct on the order form, and you
will receive your confirmation e-mail after you click on the
"submit" button. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to
print your receipt after you submit your order.
When will I receive my order?
All in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt
of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been submitted?
You can send an e-mail to us at mystic@presys.com. Be sure to
include your full name, email, phone number and complete details
of what you would like to correct or change. When we have made
the change on your order, we will send you an e-mail
confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order,
we will notify you via e-mail.
Is my personal information secure?
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Your information is only stored in our in-house database for our
own financial and warranty use. It is not stored on any large
server system which is susceptible to theft.
